PA TICKET SCHEME TERMS & CONDITIONS
In order to apply for a PA ticket you must be able to provide 2 of the following forms of supporting documentation;
Middle or Higher rate DLA for care and/or mobility
Receipt of Personal Independence Payment (PIP) (Mobility Component)
Nimbus Access Card - + 1 category requirement – www.accesscard.org.uk
Documents must show your full name and be dated from no older than 2017. Once we have checked and processed your application your documentation will be destroyed.
Anyone wanting to apply for the PA Scheme must also provide a form of photo ID with their forms. This could be a passport, driving licence or PASS marked card see https://pass-scheme.org.uk/
HOW TO APPLY
If you can provide the supporting documentation required, you should buy your ticket from www.sidewinderfestival.com.
Once you have purchased your ticket you can apply for a PA ticket free of charge by emailing all required documentation to email@example.com with the event name included in the subject header.
Please note only ticket holders (customers aged 18 and over) can apply for the PA Ticket Scheme.
PA’s attending through this scheme need to be 18 years old by the start of the festival.
The deadline to apply for the PA Scheme is 6 WEEKS before the date of the show. Applications received after this date cannot be accepted.
Please Note: If there is a resale option the PA Scheme will reopen to anyone that successfully gets a ticket in this resale only.
FESTIVAL SITE ACCESS
Please take some time to understand if this type of event is going to be suitable for you before you purchase a ticket.
Some brief info -
The event is on solid ground.
There is no separate entrance or queue for wheel chairs or mobility issues.
The event is accessible to wheel chairs including toilets.
The event is a free standing event with NO specific area for wheel chairs.
The event will be very busy with thousands of people consuming alcohol.
There will be first aid staff on site.
We cannot make special provisions for anyone as this is something which is not practical for a festival/event of this size.

WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE TOILETS
There will be wheelchair accessible toilets located throughout the festival site.
There is no designated car park at this festival. All cars must be parked on street or at a car park of your own choice. We are not responsible for the security of your vehicle.
